В «школе мэров» будут учить управленцев, которые потенциально могут возглавить крупные муниципалитеты. Это должно компенсировать нехватку квалифицированных кадров.

Обучение будет проходить при РАНХиГС и, возможно, в мастерской управления «Сенеж».
