По информации Газеты РБ, вчера на пару с Владимиром Сосниным задержали генерального директора ООО «Доринвест» Эдгара Закаряна - руководителя крупной компании, которая занимается строительством дорог и продажей асфальта.
Сегодня суд Советского района Улан-Удэ будет принимать решение о взятии его и Соснина под стражу. Фирма числится в едином реестре субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства с 1 августа 2016 года, а Закарян стал её директором с 29 июля.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
