Оказалось, что по состоянию на конец июля, в Саратове отремонтировали лишь 20% от запланированных на 2021 год дорог. В целом по региону - ровно половина. И это при том, что на замену полотна были выделены сумасшедшие деньги - 7 млрд рублей, часть из них из федерального бюджета.
Похоже в Саратовской губернии снова будут класть асфальт в ливни и снегопады. Классика жанра от региональных чиновников.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
