Итак, мы официально живем не в своей квартире и у нас есть около 4 недель на покупку новой и переезд. Уже не верится, но свершилось 🥳 И наконец-то, и оооочень страшно 🙈
За более месяца косяков тинька появились покупатели другой квартиры, будем стараться успеть и извернуться с покупкой без второй ипотеки, так что продолжение следует 🙃
И да, текущую ипотеку сохранили, несмотря на продажу залоговой квартиры, так что часть средств у нас под относительно вменяемые 7,9% вместо предлагаемых сейчас "от 16,4%". Рассказать как так получилось?)
