Бюст генерал-лейтенанта, героя России расположился в новом сквере рядом с домом № 53. Об этом сообщил глава города Дмитрий Наумов.
Роман Владимирович - наш земляк. Он родился 16 февраля 1969 года в областном центре. Окончил Военную академию связи, служил в Воздушно-десантных войсках. Его последний бой состоялся 5 июня 2022 года в Луганской области. Тогда он был начальником штаба - первым замкомандующего 8-й гвардейской общевойсковой армией Южного военного округа (Новочеркасск). Генерал Кутузов погиб как герой в селе Николаевка ЛНР.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
