«Хочу пожаловаться на отвратительную настройку светофора на кольце Гагарина/ Московское, водители, которые едут со стороны Гагарина вынуждены стоять в пробке аж три светофора подряд пока движутся по кольцу !!!! Сколько может творится этот беспредел? Сил уже никаких нет! Мало того , что поперечников в городе не хватает, так ещё светофоры настроены таким образом, чтобы не сокращать пробки, а создавать их..... Товарищи чиновники, разберитесь уже в этом вопросе!»

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
