Добрый, Алла Топчаевна! Как мы все знаем, вчера президент страны объявил частичную мобилизацию. Я это поддерживаю, т.к. это вынужденная мера для защиты интересов страны. После объявления в регионах начали мобилизовать резервистов, вот смотрю в нашем правительстве мобилизацией занимается бажибузыки Чюдюк А и Донгак А.В. которые не служившие в российской армии и даже не понимающие люди, что такое АРМИЯ. Ко мне по разным источникам сообщают, чтр они не служили потому, что служили они, наверное, туркам. Поэтому их и называют бажибузыки турки-разведчики. Мой совет главе республики пусть поставит на место их хотя бы отставных офицеров из МВД или бывших военных. Они на много эффективнее работать будут чем бажибузыки.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
