Для выращивания редкого гриба, богатого витаминами и аминокислотами, обладающего превосходными вкусовыми качествами и пригодного для диетического питания, подбирается оптимальный субстрат. Субстраты, которые тестирует Владимир, безопасны для окружающей среды: это производственные отходы, которые можно использовать повторно.
Испытав свою технологию, томич, возможно, получит патент на изобретение.
