Ингредиенты:
🕓Кокосовые сливки 🕓Семена чиа 🕓Пюре из манго 🕓Черника
Способ приготовления:
В 50 мл кокосовых сливок добавляем 3 ч.л. семян чиа и столовую ложку горячей воды , размешиваем переливаем в форму оставляем на 20 минут. Затем сверху поливаем пюре из манго и посыпаем чернику
Если делать с кокосовым молоком, то нужно оставлять чиа на ночь) Еще можно добавить агар-агар к манго и крем из сливок и сметаны и сделать слоеный десерт
