УИК 1712, в г. Мытищи - на надомном голосовании проголосовали 45 человек согласно акту опечатывания сейф-пакета, при этом заявления 23 избирателей не содержат паспортных данных.
В списках избирателей данных о проведении надомного голосования нет. Аналогичная ситуация на уик 1711, на котором вообще не предъявляют документацию членам ТИК и областной комиссии по надомному голосованию. Сообщил на координатор наблюдения по Московской области.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
