Сотрудникам удалось выяснить, что мужчина заехал во двор дома и оставил в замке ключ зажигания и не запер дверь машины. Этим решил воспользоваться 38-летний местный житель. Мужчина открыл автомобиль марки «Тойота» ключом и поехал покататься. После того как он сделал пару кругов по городу, решил бросить транспорт на дороге.
🚗Полицейские нашли и вернули автомобиль владельцу. А вот нарушителю грозит реальное наказание. Заведено уголовное дело по статье «Неправомерное завладение автомобилем без цели хищения».

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
