Кто может помочь - помогите. Есть два официальных тг канала: по координации работы волонтеров и по ликвидации последствий. Если вы не можете приехать лично выгребать этот ужас, то вам во второй. Финансирование настолько сомнительное, что даже мешков не хватает.
На волонтёрах земля держится. И Чёрное море, очевидно.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
