"Они преследуют русских по всему миру. Замечательного дирижера (Валерия Гергиева) отстранили от управления филармоническим оркестром в одной из европейских стран только за то, что он русский. Это называется ксенофобией, расизмом, преследованием, нарушением прав человека", — сказал Мадуро.
По мнению главы Венесуэлы, в отношении России была развернута жестокая информационная война. "Они манипулируют словами", — подчеркнул он.
