Жильцы дома в Артёме недовольны проделанными работами. Больше всего не повезло тем, кто живёт на верхних этажах — крышу прорвало от количества стекающей воды. В итоге пострадала каждая квартира, хотя капитальный ремонт кровли никто делать не просил.
«У нас отошли двери, все разбухло, все косяки. Все продолжает течь. Все текло по стыкам в кухне, в коридоре. Везде у нас потоп», — прокомментировала ситуацию жительница.
Одна из очевидцев, Татьяна Парина, пожаловалась, что два месяца назад из-за воды была повреждена проводка, в следствие чего семья просидела без света всё это время. Позже подрядчик соизволил вызвать электрика для решения проблемы. Только дыры в потолке продолжают зиять...
Последний срок сдачи работ для подрядчика — 20 декабря. До этого времени он обязан не только закончить капремонт, но и возместить ущерб жильцам. Если этого не произойдёт, за каждый просроченный день бизнесмена ждёт штраф — сотни тысяч рублей.
