Куйбышевский районный суд Иркутска, судья Иванова, приговорил разработчиков, пытавших тувинца Монгуша Начына к разным срокам: Степана Марченко к 5 годам лишения свободы, Олега Пинигина к 5 годам, Геннадия Дударика к 5 годам лишения свободы.
Суд постановил взыскать с осужденных в пользу пострадавшего 150 тысяч рублей, удовлетворив гражданский иск частично.
