Кроме американских банков, ответчиками указаны Совет национальной безопасности и обороны Украины, Национальный банк Украины и госпредприятие «Национальный фонд инвестиций Украины».
Иск поступил в суд 30 сентября, к рассмотрению он еще не принят. Предмет и основания исковых требований в карточке дела не сообщаются.
Одновременно с исковым заявлением от Генпрокуратуры поступило заявление об обеспечении иска, оно также пока не рассмотрено. А41-88750/2024
