В Гамбурге прошедшим летом открылся отель с зелёной кровлей. Его архитектура имеет некоторую предысторию: во время Второй мировой войны была построена башня с толстенными стенами, которые называли невзрываемыми. После войны несколько раз думали снести, но поняли, что высоки риски обрушения всего центра. В течение долгого времени жители мечтали озеленить башню и сделать её общественным местом. Однако бизнес победил и дали разрешение на строительство отеля, но с условием, что здание станет зелёным. И вот девелопер надстроил башню создав общественный парк на крыше.
