Сегодня ночью системы ПВО РФ сбили над регионами не менее 158 дронов. По меньшей мере 9 БПЛА долетели до Подмосковья. Главной целью стал НПЗ в Капотне. Согласно отчету Собянина, все сбили на подлете, но на территории завода что-то горит. Причем так основательно, что тушат с вертолетов.

Из других важных целей ночной атаки — ГРЭС в Конаково Тверской области и Каширская ГРЭС в Подмосковье. Обе горят от «попадания осколков БПЛА». Очевидно, что целью атаки были объекты энергетической и нефтегазовой инфраструктуры. Обе воюющие страны «готовятся» к зиме.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
