Недельная инфляция в России за период с 19 по 25 ноября 2024 года замедлилась до 0,36% с 0,37% на прошлой неделе. Годовая же инфляция ускорилась до 8,78% с 8,68% на прошлой неделе.
🔵В сегменте продовольственных товаров цены выросли на 0,66%. Рост цен на плодоовощную продукцию замедлился до 3,8%.
🔵В сегменте непродовольственных товаров цены выросли до 0,15%. При этом рост цен на бензин составил 0,35%, а на дизельное топливо — 0,49%.
🔵В сегменте же регулируемых, туристических и бытовых услуг темп роста цен достигал 0,17%.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
