Напомню, Умное Благоустройство - это про удобство, комфорт и экономию. И печально, что нынешний состав муниципального собрания, управы, префектуры, жилищника, автодора стоят на иных принципах, руководствуясь исключительно собственными интересами, и лишая жителей района возможности решать судьбу своих дворов.
