На прошлой неделе бывшему заместителю председателя правительства Хабаровского края по социальным вопросам Евгению Никонову продлили содержание под стражей до конца марта.
Бывший чиновник был задержан 30 июля прошлого года. Ему предъявлены обвинения в получении взяток в особо крупном размере (статья 290 УК РФ).
Так как дело в отношении Никонова никак не двигается, а в прошлом году его не отпустили на СВО, куда он отчаянно просился, всё более похожей на правду становится гипотеза о том, что бывшего зампреда держат за решёткой лишь для того, чтобы держать на коротком поводке Михаила Дегтярёва, который, очевидно, санкционировал все преступления, приписываемые Никонову.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
