Всем привет, вчера совсем забыла написать как все прошло. В целом - нормально, начали в 14:30, закончили в 17:00, прерывались на 30 мин перерыв. Все это время прокурор зачитывал показания свидетелей, которых не будут вызвать в суд.
Из приятного: 1. В этот раз на слушание приезжала коллега Саши из Питера, он был очень-очень рад. Женя - спасибо!
2. Так как я теперь общественный защитник - могу разговаривать с Сашей в паузах перед началом/концом.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
