Работники компании АО «Phystech II» неоднократно жаловались на работадателя. В связи с этим, прокуратура Мангистауской области провела проверку деятельности АО.
В ходе анализа работы данной компании был обнаружен ряд серьезных нарушений прав работников, а также неисполнение требований экологического законодательства, невыполнение контрактных обязательств перед государством и другие недостатки.
В итоге, предприятие выплатило компенсацию государству в размере 1,2 млрд тенге и уплатило более 70 миллионов тенге в виде административных штрафов.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
