Южная Корея ввела санкции против 11 физлиц и 15 организаций, причастных к военному сотрудничеству Москвы и Пхеньяна, финансированию северокорейских ядерной и ракетной программ, а также к незаконной закупке КНДР подсанкционных товаров, говорится на сайте южнокорейского МИДа.
В черный список Сеула попали генералы и высокопоставленные офицеры Корейской народной армии, несколько российских бизнесменов и их компаний. Речь идет, в частности, о Романе Аларе и возглавляемой им компании "Парсек", которая поставляла в Северную Корею ключевые ракетные материалы и технологии. В санкционный список также попали пять российских банков. Для проведения финансовых или валютных операций с ними теперь потребуется разрешение Сеула.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
