Состоялось заседание краевого суда, на котором рассмотрели иск от группы ТСЖ (ассоциация «Пермский стандарт»), юридических и физлиц в адрес краевых властей, сообщает портал «В курсе.ру». Заявители требовали отменить региональную программу капремонта в полном объеме.
Пермский краевой суд отказал в полном удовлетворении иска. В МинЖКХ региона газете «Звезда» пояснили, что программу скорректируют в отношении некоторых работ в нескольких домах.
