Средства выплачены в полном объеме.
Итоговый объем размещения пятого выпуска облигаций АО ХК «Новотранс» на Московской бирже составил 10 миллиардов рублей при ставке купона 14,25% годовых. Облигации серии 001P-05имеют срок обращения 3 года с амортизацией, купонный период 91 день, номинальную стоимость 1 000 руб. По выпуску предусмотрена публичная безотзывная оферта со стороны ООО «ГК «Новотранс». Техническое размещение бумаг на бирже состоялось 7 марта 2024 г.
