Делюсь двумя из них.
1. Сериал — «Триггер», уже вышло 3 сезона. Про одаренного психолога, который щелкает самые сложные задачки, как орехи.
2. Если говорить о реальном (а не вымышленном) специалисте в этой области — в городе на Неве есть Чернаков. К нему обращаются, когда проблема требует срочного решения.
У Чернакова свой институт психологии, и он ведет телеграм-канал. В нем он делится нестандартными методами (они достойны сериала) и дает захватывающие лекции по насущным темам: кризисы с ребенком (и супругом), профилактика депрессии, снижение стресса, поиск внутренних ресурсов. Все основано на науке и огромном опыте.
