Регистрировать ТЗ они стали исключительно для того, чтобы не утратить право на них, ну и чтобы желающие их спиzдить (а таких в России традиционно много) не смогли это сделать, либо сделав, сильно пожалели об этом (хотя, конечно, со временем кто-то шустрый может оспорить защиту ТЗ в связи с его неиспользованием, и тут я не сильно верю в российский суд). Но пока советую разным там аналитикам: пейте Буратино, Буратины.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
