Осуществлялся вывоз грунта с улиц Ильича, Волгоградская, Театральная, площадь Соборная, проспект Победы.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
