С начала лета в Управление Роспотребнадзора поступили устные и три письменных обращения красноярцев с жалобами на ИП Андреева Н.Д., который представляет свою компанию в социальных сетях и документах под разными названиями — «YOLKA», «Y.o.lka Home», «Yolkahome», «y.o.lka».
Во всех случаях мойщики окон, балконов и лоджий в назначенный день не приходили, сроки неоднократно переносили, в результате чего услуги потребителям не были оказаны, а денежные средства компанией не возвращены. Ущерб каждого обратившегося составил до 5 тысяч рублей.
‼️Общее количество пострадавших неизвестно, поэтому всем, кто столкнулся с противоправными действиями компании «YOLKA», предлагаю письменно обратиться к нам — в настоящее время готовится коллективный иск в суд для защиты прав потребителей.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
