Сегодня в здании Архивной службы ЛНР состоялась торжественная передача материалов от ЛуганскИнформЦентра за период с 2014 по 2024 годы. Накануне празднования своего десятилетия первым из СМИ Республики ЛИЦ передал в Архивную службу ЛНР около 150 единиц материалов агентства.

Шеф-редактор ЛИЦ Сергей Мешковой отметил, что за десять лет на сайте агентства было более 120 тыс. публикаций, работа по отбору материалов (фотографий, статей, интервью) для Архивной службы ЛНР заняла несколько месяцев.

Архивная служба ЛНР искренне благодарит коллектив ЛИЦ за переданные материалы, вклад в сохранение истории нашей страны.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
