После очень яркого выступления главы ГТЛК Евгения Дитриха, Артемий представил концепцию Стандарта общественного транспорта.

Нуууу... что сказать. Всем будет плевать на ~~весёлые картинки~~ этот стандарт, так как многие вещи им затронутые уже прописаны в национальных стандартах, но всем в принципе на них плевать уже сейчас.

Как известно, заказчик глупый, а проектировщик - всё делает по ТЗ.

Для повышения качества общественного транспорта необходимо, чтобы заказчики стремились к эталону, а не к формальному облюдению нормативов.

Главное препятствие на этом пути — отсутствие у муниципальных заказчиков мотивации к достижению высокого качества.
