Ссылаясь на те самые противоречащие федеральному законодательству нормативные акты Москвы - ЗГМ N27 от 13.11.24 и 3160-ПП от 27.12.24,
которые мы просим отменить,
ничтоже сумняшеся, игнорируя п.6 ст.2 Федерального закона ФЗ-33 "об ООПТ", и невзирая на недоумение Минприроды по этому поводу, департамент исполнительного органа власти сообщает, что они де никому ничего не должны. Фиксируем.
