Она предложила внедрить на всех предприятиях обязательную должность эколог. Этот сотрудник должен будет не только следить за соблюдением природоохранных нормативов, но и нести персональную ответственность, в случае их нарушения. Вплоть до уголовной.
В своём послании Федеральному собранию президент поставил задачу вдвое сократить объём загрязнения воды и воздуха. Над выполнением поручения должны работать все ведомства. Тем удивительнее, что министр труда Котяков @mintrudrf фактически проигнорировал наше предложение, сообщив, что это решение должны принимать руководители предприятий. Интересно, наймут ли добровольно в штат экологов те предприятия, которые регулярно загрязняют природу?
