Напомним, трагедия произошла 24 апреля в медеплавильном цехе. По данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по статье «Нарушение требований охраны труда, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть человека». Позднее поминки погибшего рабочего Дениса Отвалова переросли в несанкционированный митинг. Работники металлургического цеха ММСК (более 80 человек) подписались под коллективным обращением в трудовую инспекцию, прокуратуру, следственный комитет, а также на имя руководства УГМК. А глава Следкома РФ Александр Быстрыкин взял на контроль расследование гибели рабочего.
