Губернатор Рязанской области Николай Любимов направил в Центральную избирательную комиссию России заявление об отказе от депутатского мандата.
Губернатор возглавлял на прошедших выборах депутатов Госдумы РФ региональный список партии «Единая Россия». Николай Любимов отметил: «Я продолжу свою работу на посту Губернатора в тесном взаимодействии с депутатами парламента нового восьмого созыва. В Рязанскую область меня направил Президент РФ. Жители региона оказали мне доверие и выбрали меня Губернатором. Люди решили, что я должен работать в Рязанской области. Считаю своим долгом работать на решение проблем региона, сделать жизнь людей лучше и комфортнее. Буду стараться использовать все существующие для этого возможности»

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
