ويجوز أن تكون خطابًا للمؤمنين الخلّص بأن وجه الله الخطاب إليهم تعليمًا لهم بما يحسن من التناجي وما يقبح منه بمناسبة ذم تناجي المنافقين فلذلك ابتدئ بالنهي عن مثل تناجي المنافقين وإن كان لا يصدر مثله عن المؤمنين تعريضًا بالمنافقين.
