🔸 یکی از دلایل اصلی اضطراب کارآموزان، آشنا نبودن با محیط کاری است. بسیاری از کارآموزان برای اولین بار وارد محیط کار حرفه‌ای می‌شوند و با نحوه عملکرد و فرهنگ سازمان سازمان، قوانین، ساختارها و فرایندها آشنایی کافی ندارند. این امر ناخودآگاه موجب بی اعتمادی و نگرانی و در نهایت استرس کارآموزان می‌شود؛ زیرا احساس می‌کنند نمی‌دانند چطور باید وظایفشان را انجام دهند و در تعامل با همکاران و مدیران باید چگونه رفتار کنند.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
