Хэдлайнером форума станет полпред президента в УрФО Владимир Якушев. Также встретят «УТРО» в Ханты-Мансийске все 6 уральских губернаторов. Чиновники также будут встречаться с гостями из подшефных городов ЛНР и ДНР.
Помимо VIP-гостей ожидается более 500 участников в возрасте от 18 до 35 лет, состоящих в молодежных НКО, объединениях и сообществах, из 48 регионов России. На мероприятии выступят певица Ёлка и группа The Hatters.
Источник в правительстве Югры отмечает, что на проведение форума «УТРО» потратят порядка 70 млн рублей. Средства заложены в бюджете нефтяного региона.
Очевидно, что губернатор ХМАО решиланедурно пропиариться на молодёжной тусовке, раз тратит такие деньги. В медийном плане Наталья Комарова давно остаёт от своих уральских коллег.
