Вообще, доля русских выросла с 1959 г. только в Таллине и Риге, в остальных столицах — сократилась, хотя в Киеве и Минске незначительно (в обоих случаях с 23% до 20-21%). Картографическая основа выглядит здесь совсем анахронично, но оставил её, чтобы была визуальная преемственность.
