12 марта 2012 года произошла катастрофа вертолёта Ка-52 344-го Центра боевого применения и переучивания лётного состава на аэродроме в Торжке. Это первая катастрофа вертолёта этого типа.

Причиной катастрофы явилась частичная потеря командиром экипажа пространственной ориентировки при попадании в метеорологические условия, к полётам в которых экипаж не подготовлен.

В свой последний полёт ушли командир вертолёта подполковник Дмитрий Ракушин и штурман лейтенант Максим Фёдоров.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
