◽️به گزارش خبرنگار خبرگزاری کتاب ایران (ایبنا) در مشهد، امرالله شمقدری سه‌شنبه شب در پاتوق صمیمانه سومین سالگرد درگذشت زنده‌یاد «سیدمحسن مصطفی‌زاده» نویسنده، شاعر و هنرمند مطرح کشور در حوزه هنری خراسان رضوی که با حضور خانواده، شاگردان، مسئولان، دوستان و جمعی از چهره‌های فرهنگی، رسانه‌ای و هنری برگزار شد، گفت: دوستان و اطرافیان مرحوم مصطفی‌زاده از همه طیف‌ها و گروه‌ها بودند. مرحوم #مصطفی_زاده منتقد صریح اللهجه و شجاع و در عین حال، رئوف بود و باید تلاش کنیم این جریان فکری او گسترش پیدا کند.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
