Большая часть из них будет расположена в Южно-Сахалинске в составе ЖК «Уюн парк», также квартиры строятся в Корсакове, Долинске и селе Троицкое Анивского района. Ожидается, что основная часть объектов будет введена в эксплуатацию в 2025 году.
