Олег Барциц отметил, что решение существующей экологической проблемы уже было предложено правительству Абхазии в 2017 году.
«Вопросы экологии для меня очень чувствительны. В 2017 году я подумал, что мы наконец начинаем решать эту проблему, но ничего не произошло. Документы подписаны были, но ни на один шаг дальше работа не продвинулась, а проблема осталась».
Кандидат в Президенты детально рассказал собравшимся о способах выхода из экологического кризиса и решении проблемы свалок, на сегодняшний день распространенных уже практически по всей республике.
