Всего на Дальнем Востоке построят не менее 10 тыс. таких квартир, из них более 2,1 тыс. в Хабаровском крае.
✍🏻 Прием заявлений уже начался. Помещения будут передаваться людям региональным оператором на условиях договора субаренды на длительный срок.
Право на аренду жилья в таком доме имеют участники СВО, работники оборонной промышленности, люди, переехавшие по программе трудовой мобильности, молодежь до 35 лет и работники социальной сферы.
🔑 Получить ключи от квартир люди смогут во втором квартале 2025 года. Сейчас застройщик готовит квартиры к приему жильцов.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country.
