Когда мы с ребёнком были в здании правительства по случаю его награждения за победу в одной очень важной олимпиаде, нам один из высокопоставленных чиновников прямым текстом заявил, что бы мы уезжали из региона, поскольку шансов пробиться тут у нас нет, все места в будущем расписаны среди своих. Причём его это нисколько не смущало, а кажется даже наоборот радовало.
