Американский ВПК представил свою технологию борьбы с БПЛА под названием «SMASH DOME», в основу которой заложен универсальный боевой модуль, оснащенный штурмовой винтовкой.

В системе объединены системы активного радиолокационного и пассивного оптического обнаружения и классификации целей на дальности до 2 км, обеспечивая непрерывный мониторинг 24/7 в режиме реального времени.

Модуль имеет баллистический вычислитель управления огнем, для точного наведения и поражения дронов.

В свою очередь, модульная конструкция позволяет устанавливать различные типы оружия.

Так, «SMASH DOME» является продуктом обобщения опыта и массового применения дронов в современных конфликтах, включая СВО. Вместе с тем, тенденции и темпы изменения форм и способов вооруженного противостояния показывают, что данная система в ближайшей перспективе уже будет не актуальна.
