Согласно сообщению главы Донецкой ОВА Вадима Филашкина, 15 сентября в результате ударов по г. Покровск один человек погиб, а ещё трое получили ранения. Повреждены три инфраструктурных объекта и хозяйственное сооружение.
Кроме того, по данным Филашкина, один мирный житель получил ранение во время обстрела г. Часов Яр 15 сентября. Также повреждены 10 частных домов, многоэтажка и промышленное здание.
Утром 16 сентября полиция Донецкой области сообщила, что в Лиманской общине при подрыве на взрывных устройствах один человек получил ранения в п. Дробышево, ещё один – в с. Щурово.
Из сообщения полиции также стало известно о двух жителях с. Богоявленка, погибших при ударе по селу 14 сентября.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday.
