Производство ультразвуковых комплексов для сварки элементов обивки дверей и панели приборов автомобилей запущено Тольяттинским государственным университетом на площадке собственного инновационно-технологического парка в первой половине 2024 года.
В рамках сотрудничества ТГУ и «АВТОВАЗа» специалисты вуза разработали опытные ультразвуковые головки и модели генераторов, интегрируемые в систему управления. Планируется, что ТГУ выполнит модернизацию пяти автоматических линий в цехах «АВТОВАЗа», поставив 64 ультразвуковых генератора и 223 ультразвуковые головки. Они заменят зарубежные аналоги.
