Безумие, называющее себя мэрией Еревана, согласовало новый проект Каскада (от французов).

Это чудовищное решение уничтожит оставшийся исторический облик города.

Каскад - памятник, полное строительство которого не было завершено в своё время. У него существует полный архитектурный проект. И один из авторов проекта жив - Аслан Мхитарян, к которому мэрия не обратилась для участия в тендере.

Построить кинозалы и рестораны - это прекрасно. Но Ереван имеет более 233 кв.км территории. Постройте в Шенгавите, Аване, Малатии и т.д. Зачем в самый центр города пихать эту громадину из стекла и бетона?

И конечно же аргументами чиновников в их безграмотности являются: «Это лучше, чем помойка, которая здесь сейчас существует».
